This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Municipality of Greenstone for engineering design services, project management, tendering and contract administration necessary to complete various facility upgrades for the Geraldton Community Centre over a multi-year project term. Upgrades shall enhance accessibility, improve safety, increase energy efficiency and lower operational costs. Project designs are to be completed in 2025 for construction tendering in early 2026. |
